Midwest Cup Rules

Attention Elite Women Racers:

For Zimmer Biomet Downtown Criterium (Friday 5/15) is a combined field of Cat 1/2/3 Women, Masters 40+ Women, and Cat 3/4/Novice Women.  As per the rules the Cat 3 Women’s Midwest Cup points will be pulled from the Elite race results for those 3’s registered for the Cat 1/2/3 race.  

 

Elite Women’s Cup points will be assigned based on finish order in the field.  For example if 1st, 2nd, and 4th and racers registered for the Cat 1/2/3 race and the 3rd place racer for the field is a Master’s racer, the 4th place rider would receive 4th place points even though they were the third Elite racer across the line.
